Go for it
I love Panzanella. At least the way that Jan prepares it and I think she follows the Jamie Oliver recipe. I've just seen this article in the Guardian which made my mouth water. Recommended.
I'm ashamed to say that I'm really not familiar with panzanella. I'll check into it as it looks delicious.

DeleteIt's really delicious and very Italian. They only thing that takes any time is roasting the peppers. A smell which I love.
