Aha, the minute she thinks you're not looking Jan serves up a Morrison's Chicken Jalfrezi for lunch. She doesn't get away with it that easily! Actually, I'm not complaining, it was my reward for being a good boy at the dentist which meant that she didn't have enough time to cook anything. Must go to the dentist more often, he said, through nice clean, shiny teeth!
Sometimes a takeaway is just what is needed to hit the spot. Even if you live with a brilliant cook like Jan - who equally deserves a day off from the cooking.

ReplyDeleteSomehow, Morrisons Indian food tastes pretty good - perhaps because they make them in Bradford?
ReplyDeleteSpot on. I was once told by a suit from Morrison HQ that their food is made in a 'kitchen' in Bradford.
